Usage wise, Blake Griffin has been pretty good as he possesses a usage rate of 29.1% and a points/min of 1.21. The main statistic for players that occupy the 4 and 5 is opponent points in the paint. For Blake Griffin’s matchup, Nets allows 44.9 points in the paint and 10.1 offensive rebounds per game which is 13 and 13 rank in league, respectively. Trying to continue or add to his averages of 40.8 FD ppg and 43 DK ppg, Blake Griffin will have a great opportunity to do so tonight against the Nets who allows 47.8 fantasy points to power forwards  which ranks 1 most in the NBA.  Look for elite production from this big man tonight. Projected Points 68.

Domantas Sabonis, going up against the Pelicans who rank 2 in the league against PF, allowing an average of 46.8 fantasy points per game. As for Domantas Sabonis, he has a usage rate of 22.2 . Not to mention, his per game averages are 27.3 DraftKings fantasy points and 26.5 on Fanduel. He makes great use of his minutes, averaging 1.06 points per minute. Pelicans gives up 46.7 points in the paint per game and 10.4 offensive rebounds. In a matchup like this, Domantas Sabonis is worth heavy consideration. Projected Points 41.

 

Nikola Miroticmirotni01 NO vs IND Fanduel 7200 Draftkings 6500

This primary big man has had some great stat lines this year. Averaging 1.16 points per minute, this has translated into 30.3 DK ppg and 29 FD ppg. Already at his price tier, Nikola Mirotic seems like a viable option. He also has a great matchup that struggles mightily against forwards. the Pacers allows around 46 points in the paint per game this year and 10.3 offensive rebounds. He should have plenty of space and opportunities against the team that ranks 6 allowing 44.5 fantasy points per game. You can get some great merit by locking in Nikola Mirotic tonight. Projected Points 38.

 

Center

Andre Drummond DET vs BKN Fanduel 11000 Draftkings 9800

One of the more prominent usage centers in the NBA, Andre Drummond has a usage rate of 21.1% this year. He has put together averages of 45.8 FD fp and 45.9 DK fp per game, along with a pts/min of 1.41. He should accelerate these numbers against the Nets that rank 1 against centres, giving up n average 40.8 fantasy points per game. Also, they give up a fairly high amount of points in the paint, 44.9 per game, which is 13 rank highest in the nba. Andre Drummond seems to be an enticing centre option on tonight’s slate. Projected Points 66.

 

Anthony Davisdavisan02 NO vs IND Fanduel 11900 Draftkings 11600

Averaging 50.6 Draftkings ppg and 51 Fanduel ppg, Anthony Davis is in a decent form coming into tonight’s game. He faces the Pacers that allow plenty of fantasy points to centre, an average of 38.5 to be exact, ranking 5 most in the NBA. One of the reasons the big men are superb against them are because of their inability to defend the paint. They allow an average of 46 points in the paint per game along with 10.3 offensive rebounds per game. In a highly anticipated matchup against the Jazz tonight, Marc Gasol and his 1.13 pts/min looks to have a breakout performance. He has a good chance to do so against them with their poor defense against centres this year. They rank 25 allowing 33.8 fantasy points per game to centres this year. A lot of offensive rebounds have been given up as well, 8.8 per game to be exact. Marc Gasol has a usage rate of 26.3% and 28.6 Draftkings ppg and 28 Fanduel ppg this year. In his price tier, he seems to be one of the best cash game options. The matchup gives him plenty of upside. Projected Points 46.

The Suns ranks 14 in the NBA giving up plenty of fantasy points, 36.3  per game to centres this year. Pau Gasol has great potential to stuff the stat sheet tonight as he maintains a usage rate of 20.1 giving him a bunch of room to produce. DFS wise, he gets 1.14 pts /min, 28 fdppg and 28.6 dkppg, not only is he a prime candidate to get a bunch of fantasy points from blocks, assists, rebounds, etc.. , Pau Gasol is projected to have a bunch of opportunities to score as the opponents allow an average of 47.2 points in the paint per game. He is a superb play that should not be ignored tonight. Projected Points 41.
