He comes into a matchup against the Pelicans that ranks 7 against point guards as they allow an average of 46.5 fantasy points to their opposition. Not to mention they allow an average of 221.61 fantasy points per game this year and the game is projected to be played at a decent pace. Consistent production is available from Damian Lillard as he looks to continue being near his average of 1.18 pts/min. Look for him to take over the game at some point. A lot of skill and a good matchup for Damian Lillard tonight! Projected Points 57.

 

Kyrie Irving BOS vs PHO Fanduel 9200 Draftkings 9200

He is at home facing the Suns tonight that ranks 1 against the opposing guards this season, Kyrie Irving makes a case for himself as one of the best options on the slate, relative to his price. He averages 38.8 DK points and 38.2 FD points per game beside his 1.23 pts/minute.  He typically gets a decent amount of opportunities per game as he maintains an average usage rate of 30.8%. Another reason why the matchup is good for Kyrie Irving is that the Suns has been giving up around 231.52 fantasy points per game this year. All signs pointing in the right direction for Kyrie Irving, give him a look! Projected Points 50.

 

Dennis Schroder ATL @ BKN Fanduel 8200 Draftkings 8500

Dennis Schroder has been strolling along this season averaging 1.07 points per minute along with a usage rate of 29.6% . Fantasy wise, he averages 33.8 fantasy points per game on fanduel and 35 on DraftKings. Facing the Nets on the road tonight, this matchup seems like he is set for an optimal performance. They allow an average of 233.46 fantasy points per game and in terms of defense vs position, the Nets ranks 13 in that they give up an average 43.4 fantasy pts to the opposing point guards per game this year. A great price for a great all around player. He is worth heavy consideration. Projected Points 38.

 

Emmanuel Mudiay DEN vs LAL Fanduel 3900 Draftkings 3900

Set to matchup against the Lakers, there is a lot to like about Emmanuel Mudiay . Not only is he facing a team that ranks 8 against the point guards this year, with around 45.9 fantasy points given up to them per game, but, he also has a pretty good pt / minute ratio of 0.84 . It has translated into an average of 19.6 DK points and 18.4 fanduel points per game. This can be heavily contributed to his 23.9% usage rate, which implies he is getting decent production on both sides of the court, especially on offense. Stuffing the stat sheet against a not so great defensive team in the Lakers as they give up 222.16 points per game seems highly probable for Emmanuel Mudiay. Projected Points 27.

 

Shooting Guard

Avery Bradley DET @ PHI Fanduel 5500 Draftkings 5600

Usage% is arguably one of the most important stats for shooting guards. Avery Bradley maintains a usage rate of 24.8 and this transpires into 0.81 pts / min. Overall, on Fanduel he averages 25.4 fantasy points per game and 26 on Draftkings. Avery Bradley is facing off against the 76ers tonight who allow the 8 most fantasy points against shooting guards so far, this season. Not only this but they also give up an average 222.71 fantasy points per game to the opposing team. You can get a lot out of Avery Bradley for his price tonight. Projected Points 44.

His 25.2 usage % and 0.94 pts per min should be put into full effect considering he is up against the team that ranks 15 against shooting guards allowing an average 47.1 fantasy points per game to them. It is expected Khris Middleton outperforms his average of 35.3 DK points and 34.2 FD points per game.  Look for this shooting guard to get plenty of opportunities tonight against the Kings. Projected Points 40.

 

J.R. Smith CLE vs MEM Fanduel 3900 Draftkings 0

There are many reasons why JR Smith can pay off to be a decent dfs option tonight. First off, he is a against the Grizzlies who allow 49.6 points per game and rank 9 against shooting guards in terms of fantasy points allowed. Moreover, JR Smith possesses a usage% of 13.4% and has had an admirable scoring game as he averages 0.55 points per minute. DFS wise, he averages 16.6 points per game on Fanduel and 0 on Draftkings. JR Smith is one of the more attractive options at SG this evening. Projected Points 27.

 

Wesley Matthews DAL vs LAC Fanduel 4800 Draftkings 4900

Looking in this (high/mid/low) price range, Wesley Matthews seems to have some good attributes that can transpire into a good game. His 0.64 pts/min and 16.3 usage % are a strong reason why he averages 22.1 pts per game on Fanduel and 23 on Draftkings. Combined with how favorable his matchup is, Wesley Matthews is even more enticing. The Clippers ranks 10 giving up 49.2 fantasy points to opposing shooting guards. Additionally, they allow an average of 222.16 points per game which is 7 most in the league. Wesley Matthews should be a safe lock for tonight’s slate. Projected Points 31.

 

Small Forward

Jaylen Brown BOS vs PHO Fanduel 5900 Draftkings 6300

Sporting a usage % of 21, Jaylen Brown has found a respectable amount of opportunities, mainly offensively, to produce decent stat lines this season. On Fanduel, he averages 26.8 points per game, and 27.4 on Draftkings. Additionally, to enhance his usage, Jaylen Brown accumulates an average of 0.86 pts / min. He faces the Suns tonight that gives up an overall total of 231.52 fantasy points per game this season. Furthermore, against Small Forwards, they rank 7 in the league allowing approximately 43.3 fantasy points per game. A multi-threat DFS option, Jaylen Brown has all the skills to put up a great game. Projected Points 44.

 

Harrison Barnes DAL vs LAC Fanduel 7000 Draftkings 6700

For Harrison Barnes, he matches up against the heavily exploitable Clippers defense which, to his benefit, ranks 4 in the league against SFs in terms of allowing 46 fantasy points per game. Also, they allow an average of 222.16 points per game to their opponents. This implies a decently high pace game which benefits Harrison Barnes’s usage rate and pts/min of 24.6% and 0.89 respectively. He looks to outperform his averages of 31.18 pts/game on Fanduel and 32.58 pts/game on Draftkings. Harrison Barnes seems quite viable for both GPP and Cash games tonight. Projected Points 48.

 

Dillon Brooks MEM @ CLE Fanduel 4100 Draftkings 3800

Dillon Brooks, averaging 17.6 pts per game on Fanduel and 17.3 on Draftkings, and his team the Grizzlies take on the Cavaliers in what looks to be a highly competitive game. Cavaliers ranks 3 against SF allowing an average of 46.1 fantasy points per game to them. Dillon Brooks maintains a usage rate of 15.1 and pts/min average of 0.61 so he is set to be given a lot of scoring opportunities tonight. He should be a large contributor to his team’s offense tonight as they are expected to be around Cavaliers’s average points allowed per game which is 223.64. This small forward has some reasonable upside and he should be worth heavy consideration for GPP and Cash Games. Projected Points 26.

 

Taurean Waller-Princeprincta02 ATL @ BKN Fanduel 5700 Draftkings 5600

According to our projection system, Taurean Prince seems to be in line for a standout performance tonight against the Nets. This season, he accumulates 0.83 pts /min and possesses a usage rate of 20.5. the Nets allows 233.46 points per game and ranks 13, dfs wise, against small forwards, giving up 40.7 fantasy points per game. Taurean Prince’s averages of 25.7 DK PPG and 25.2 FD PPG should be the minimal benchmark up against the Nets tonight. It would not hurt to consider adding him to your lineups tonight. Projected Points 35.

 

Power Forward

Kyle Kuzma LAL @ DEN Fanduel 5000 Draftkings 5600

Kyle Kuzma averages 25.9 FPPG on Fanduel and 27.9 on Draftkings. This is heavily due to his 21.2 usage rate. Another metric regarding his production given his minutes is his 0.85 pts / min. Tonight, Kyle Kuzma and his team matchup against the Nuggets who rank 6 in fantasy points allowed against big men. This comes out to an average of 48.5 fantasy points per game. Additionally, they allow 45.3 points in the paint per game, so offensive rebounds and plenty of close up baskets wouldn’t be surprising for Kyle Kuzma tonight. Overall, he makes a for a solid play in his price range. Projected Points 44.

 

Rondae Hollis-Jefferson BKN vs ATL Fanduel 7700 Draftkings 6300

Usage wise, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson has been pretty good as he possesses a usage rate of 20.9% and a points/min of 1.02. The main statistic for players that occupy the 4 and 5 is opponent points in the paint. For Rondae Hollis-Jefferson’s matchup, Hawks allows 45 points in the paint and 11 offensive rebounds per game which is 12 and 2 rank in league, respectively. Trying to continue or add to his averages of 27 FD ppg and 26.5 DK ppg, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson will have a great opportunity to do so tonight against the Hawks who allows 49.6 fantasy points to power forwards  which ranks 2 most in the NBA.  Look for elite production from this big man tonight. Projected Points 35.

 

Julius Randle LAL @ DEN Fanduel 4800 Draftkings 5100

Julius Randle, going up against the Nuggets who rank 6 in the league against PF, allowing an average of 48.5 fantasy points per game. As for Julius Randle, he has a usage rate of 23.8 . Not to mention, his per game averages are 24.988 DraftKings fantasy points and 24.5 on Fanduel. He makes great use of his minutes, averaging 1.13 points per minute. Nuggets gives up 45.3 points in the paint per game and 9.3 offensive rebounds. In a matchup like this, Julius Randle is worth heavy consideration. Projected Points 29.

 

Marcus Morris BOS vs PHO Fanduel 5000 Draftkings 4900

This primary big man has had some great stat lines this year. Averaging 1.01 points per minute, this has translated into 24.2 DK ppg and 23.6 FD ppg. Already at his price tier, Marcus Morris seems like a viable option. He also has a great matchup that struggles mightily against forwards. the Suns allows around 49.7 points in the paint per game this year and 10.9 offensive rebounds. He should have plenty of space and opportunities against the team that ranks 3 allowing 48.9 fantasy points per game. You can get some great merit by locking in Marcus Morris tonight. Projected Points 29.

 

Center

Andre Drummond DET @ PHI Fanduel 9100 Draftkings 8600

One of the more prominent usage centers in the NBA, Andre Drummond has a usage rate of 20.9% this year. He has put together averages of 43.2 FD fp and 44 DK fp per game, along with a pts/min of 1.32. He should accelerate these numbers against the 76ers that rank 3 against centres, giving up n average 43.1 fantasy points per game. Also, they give up a fairly high amount of points in the paint, 41.9 per game, which is 23 rank highest in the nba. Andre Drummond seems to be an enticing centre option on tonight’s slate. Projected Points 54.

 

Al Horford BOS vs PHO Fanduel 7700 Draftkings 8100

Averaging 34.5 Draftkings ppg and 33.4 Fanduel ppg, Al Horford is in a decent form coming into tonight’s game. He faces the Suns that allow plenty of fantasy points to centre, an average of 41.7 to be exact, ranking 6 most in the NBA. One of the reasons the big men are superb against them are because of their inability to defend the paint. They allow an average of 49.7 points in the paint per game along with 10.9 offensive rebounds per game. With his usage of 18.2% and pts/min of 1.04, Al Horford is in prime position to exploit these abysmal defensive numbers. Projected Points 30.

 

Marc Gasol MEM @ CLE Fanduel 8400 Draftkings 7900

In a highly anticipated matchup against the Cavaliers tonight, Marc Gasol and his 1.15 pts/min looks to have a breakout performance. He has a good chance to do so against them with their poor defense against centres this year. They rank 29 allowing 34.3 fantasy points per game to centres this year. A lot of offensive rebounds have been given up as well, 10.5 per game to be exact. Marc Gasol has a usage rate of 27.8% and 31.3 Draftkings ppg and 30.9 Fanduel ppg this year. In his price tier, he seems to be one of the best cash game options. The matchup gives him plenty of upside. Projected Points 30.

 

Jusuf Nurkic POR vs NO Fanduel 7600 Draftkings 7000

The Pelicans ranks 11 in the NBA giving up plenty of fantasy points, 40.2  per game to centres this year. Jusuf Nurkic has great potential to stuff the stat sheet tonight as he maintains a usage rate of 29.1 giving him a bunch of room to produce. DFS wise, he gets 1.12 pts /min, 30.9 fdppg and 31.3 dkppg, not only is he a prime candidate to get a bunch of fantasy points from blocks, assists, rebounds, etc.. , Jusuf Nurkic is projected to have a bunch of opportunities to score as the opponents allow an average of 43.5 points in the paint per game. He is a superb play that should not be ignored tonight. Projected Points 26.
