Tim Adleman makes his 18th appearance and 17th start of the season for Cincinnati here. He is 5-7 with a 4.99 ERA, a 1.381 WHIP, 36 walks and 81 strikeouts over 88.1 innings of work this season. Adleman took the loss his last time out, which was against the Nationals at home Friday. He threw 4.1 innings, allowing five runs on seven hits with three walks and four strikeouts as the Reds were handed a 5-0 defeat. Adleman is 0-3 with a 6.91 ERA, a 1.67 WHIP, five walks and 13 strikeouts over 14.1 innings in his last three starts.
